Very professional setting. The owners Dawn and Jade lovely individuals. I'm a picky eater, and they didn't have any qualms about making certain adjustments to drinks on menu to suit me... would Definitely go again.

Fresh, fresh, fresh! Everything tasted so fresh. Rarely do I order salads from restaurants but I couldn't resist when I saw all the options available, especially the vegan cheddar cheese! Also ordered the "Early bird" which could have been a meal in itself. The Nourish Spot has definitely earned a permanent spot on the go-to list. Food was packaged well for delivery, not a drop of my smoothie spilled. Highly satisfied.
